Breakfast Quick Service Concept
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), with a focus on execution, culture, and financial performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands operational systems, and takes ownership of their store’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and execution
- Lead and develop team members through hands-on coaching and training
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product flow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Analyze and manage P&L performance, including labor and COGS control
- Execute sales forecasting and align staffing and production accordingly
- Maintain strong FOH and BOH systems to support speed and accuracy
- Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture within the store
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations
- Proven ability to manage P&L, including labor, COGS, and profitability
- Experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and consistency
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
