Entry-Level B2B Sales Account Executive

Location: Rutherford, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days In Office

We’re partnering with a growing logistics and supply chain company in Rutherford, NJ that is hiring for its B2B sales team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based growth.

Former high school, college, and professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply, but athletic experience is not required. Candidates from hospitality, coaching, retail, customer service, and other competitive or people-facing backgrounds can also be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and reaching out to small and mid-sized businesses
• Making outbound calls and building new client relationships
• Learning how businesses currently handle shipping and logistics
• Identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and efficiency
• Managing your own territory and growing a book of business
• Following a structured sales process and working toward clear performance goals

Prior sales experience is not required.

Compensation

• $65K base salary
• $85K–$95K Year 1 OTE
• $95K–$120K Year 2 and beyond
• Uncapped residual commission
