Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
- Experience in Home Appliances is a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
