Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all club operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of service.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and skilled team aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage member relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock control to maintain optimal club supplies and merchandise.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and shift management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance using retail math principles; analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve revenue streams.
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership abilities in retail or club environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage members effectively.
- Proficiency in negotiation, purchasing, inventory control, POS systems, and retail math.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and store management.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff across shifts while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, stock management, and promotional planning.
