Break Away Rentals & Property Management is seeking a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Professional to join our growing team as a Long-Term Rental Agent serving New Hampshire's Lakes Region.

This position plays a vital role in helping property owners maximize the value of their rental properties while ensuring a professional leasing experience from listing through lease completion.

Responsibilities
As our Long-Term Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process while serving as a trusted resource for property owners and tenants.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with prospective property owners to discuss our management services and list properties for lease.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive communication, guidance, and exceptional customer service.
- Advise owners on rental pricing, market conditions, and strategies to maximize occupancy and protect their investment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current long-term tenants.
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings.
- Process rental applications, verify references, and complete tenant screening.
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key exchanges.
- Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, vendors, and property owners.
- Conduct routine property visits and inspections as needed.
- Market available rental properties across multiple advertising platforms.
- Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records.
- Ensure compliance with New Hampshire landlord-tenant laws and company policies.
- Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Lakes Region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.

About the Position
This is a full-time position based in our Meredith office, combining office work, property visits, owner meetings, property showings, and client interaction throughout the Lakes Region. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate showings or business needs.
