About the Role
You'll work directly with the owner to streamline daily operations, support clients, and help build systems as the company grows. This is a role for someone who enjoys both creativity and structure — and isn't afraid to recommend better workflows or new tools.
This is a hybrid position, but you must be available for in-person work during training and for hands-on operational tasks. Must be based in Los Angeles and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
Assist with proposals, estimates, and client communication
Draft and send invoices; track payments and follow up
Manage the scheduling of events, deliveries, and staff
Keep digital files, menus, calendars, and event notes organized and updated
Catering & Operational Support
Help prep for events (creating packing lists, labeling, organizing supplies)
Occasionally assist on-site at events
Maintain inventory and help with ordering
Participate in building efficient processes and systems as the business scales

Requirements
Experience in catering, hospitality, or deep food knowledge
Tech-savvy — comfortable with apps, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, CRMs, etc.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to help create processes, SOPs, and better workflows
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
Must drive and have dependable transportation
Must live in Los Angeles
Comfortable with a hybrid schedule in-person training

Major Bonus Skills
Working knowledge of TPP (Total Party Planner / event-planning or catering software)
Experience with QuickBooks, Canva, or similar tools
Familiarity with menu building, event logistics, or operational systems
Ability to contribute new ideas and help optimize the business
