Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Washing and drying dishes, cookware, utensils, and other kitchen items by hand or using a dishwasher
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces
- Removing kitchen waste and keeping the dish area organized and clutter-free
- Setting up and maintaining dish stations, machines, and sinks
- Assisting cooks and other kitchen staff as needed
- Restock dining areas as needed.
- Unload different delivery vehicles.
- Support restaurant staff members to work efficiently
- High school diploma or GED are required
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management
- Should be able to left 20 lbs
- Should have the willingness to comply with all food safety guidelines.
