Overview
we are looking for a skilled baker to join our team and help craft fresh croissants, artisan bread , and pastery daily
what you'll do:
- laminate dough and bake croissants , Danishes
- prepare and bake sour dough, bag
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries following established recipes and standards
- Mix doughs, batters, and fillings with precision using appropriate kitchen tools and techniques
- Decorate cakes and pastries with skillful cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
- Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining freshness and presentation quality
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks for catering or restaurant service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, pastry arts,
- Experience in cake decorating and pastry presentation is highly desirable
- Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory
