Enrichment Instructor

Bread Studios hosts Youth Enrichment Labs, creative, hands-on learning experiences where young people explore diverse skills and passions. From arts and crafts to AI platforms, perfume making, floral design, sewing, painting, and beyond, we connect students with expert instructors who bring real-world expertise into our workshops.

We are seeking passionate, experienced instructors to teach workshops and labs in your area of expertise. Whether you own a business, practice a specialized skill, or have professional knowledge you'd love to share, we want you to inspire the next generation of learners.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate workshop sessions

• Adapt content for diverse learning styles and skill levels

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance to students

• Manage materials and setup/cleanup as agreed

• Communicate with Bread Studios coordinators about scheduling and logistics

• Be responsive and professional in all interactions

• Prior teaching or workshop instruction experience (formal or informal)

• Expert-level experience in your chosen subject area

• Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, engaging ways

• Enthusiasm for working with young people (ages vary by program)

• Reliability and punctuality

• Background in education or youth development

• Experience with diverse or underserved youth populations

• Ability to provide or help source materials/supplies

• Social media savvy or ability to help promote workshops

$40/an hour
