Duties
- Oversee most aspects of event sales, including tours, client communications, and scheduling banquet set up.
- Keep open lines of communication with onsite restaurant manager, staff, and catering director.
- Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards of hospitality and safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and event organizers to facilitate seamless event execution.
- Prepare detailed reports on venue performance, guest feedback, incident logs, and operational metrics for management review.
Preferred Experience
- Strong background in events management.
- Supervising experience with teams in fast-paced hospitality environments like restaurants or resorts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork.
