Bread Packer - Night Shift

POSITION: Night Packer
HIRING PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $17.50 DOE
HOURS: 6 pm -2:30 am
DAYS: TBD
STATUS: Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, dedicated, well-rounded individual to add to our packing team. The Night Packer is responsible for ensuring customer orders are properly and delicately packed then organized. The night packer may also assist with side duties such as stocking and assisting wherever necessary within the department. This is a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of the importance of product quality, presentation, customer service and will work well in a team setting.

We are open 364 days a year, weekend and holiday availability are required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working overnight shift.
• Awareness that product quality is the primary focus.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Have a good sense of time management and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
• Must be a cooperative, considerate team member.
• Possesses enthusiastic, polite, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and team spiritedness by willingness to perform all “as needed” tasks throughout production and to assist in all special projects.
• Able to positively accept constructive critique.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Must be trainable on operating various types of equipment safely to perform job duties.
• Ability to properly lift 50 pounds regularly throughout shift along with ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to repeatedly stoop, kneel and crouch throughout shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
