What are the responsibilities and job description for the Short Order Cook position at Bread Basket Deli?
Currently hiring for the position of Short Order Cook. Responsibilities:-Memorizing and making menu items to order in a fast paced environment.-Preparing food items as needed using grills, ovens, fryers, etc.-Slicing meat and cheese using multiple slicers and sometimes by hand.-Knowing and maintaining Food temperatures.-Lifting medium to heavy boxes-Organizing and cleaning work area.-Multitasking-Doing sidework as needed such as cleaning, dishwashing, taking out garbage etc. -Restock inventory and supplies as needed.-Working with multiple team members.-Maintaining equipment, cleaning, disassemble and reassemble as needed.Ideal candidates have flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends. *Paid vacation and Medical insurance offered after 1 year.*Free employee meals during shift*Off all major holidaysCompany DescriptionWe are an award-winning Deli that prides itself in providing top quality food, superb customer service and a highly desirable working environment to our employees!
