We’re not looking for someone to just “work a shift.” We want a vibe-setter. Someone who walks in the door and the whole team feels it. At Bread & Butter, our drive-thru is fast, fun, and full of regulars who expect the best. As a Team Member, you’ll help make sure every cup, every pastry, and every interaction leaves people smiling and coming back.
What you’ll do
- Bring energy and a positive attitude to busy rushes, keeping things moving alongside your crew
- Work bar, window, or food prep wherever the team needs you most
- Make sure every order that goes out the window is right, fast, and made with care
- Learn the Bread & Butter standards and grow your skills with help from your shift leaders and teammates
- Handle customer moments (the good ones and the tricky ones) with grace and a smile
- Keep the space clean, stocked, and ready to crush the next wave
- Support the team at open or close by helping with setup, cleaning, and restocking
What we’re looking for
- Some experience in food/bev or a fast-paced service environment is great, but not required. Café, bakery, or drive-thru experience is a big plus, and we’ll train the rest
- A team player who lifts others up and pitches in without being asked
- Calm under pressure. A long line doesn’t rattle you, it motivates you
- Friendly, clear communication with customers and coworkers alike
- Reliable, on time, and ready to show up with a good attitude
- A genuine love for good coffee and great food (it shows!)
