Job Summary
BreachLock is looking to add a result driven and seasoned Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) to manage post-sale relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client retention, revenue renewals, account expansion, handling escalations, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will act as the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they realize the full value of BreachLock’s solutions.What You’ll Do
- Client Retention & Renewals : Ensure both client and revenue retention by maintaining account hygiene throughout client's subscription period with BreachLock
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion on clients' evolving cybersecurity landscape and needs
- Account Hygiene: Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews to ensure that the clients' engagement with BreachLock is hygienic/smooth. Encourage service value, align with client objectives, and discuss roadmap alignment.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the point of escalation for issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams (Delivery and Product) to ensure timely resolution, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Data-Driven Success Tracking: Use system (HubSpot) reports and metrics to track account health, reduce churn risk, and ensure high NPS and CSAT scores.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating internally for product improvements and solutions
- Face to Face meetings with the client : Minimum of 2 Travel each Quarter
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles within SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries (Cybersecurity preferred)
- Strong background in managing high value accounts
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking to explore expansion opportunity while safeguarding retention
- Willingness to travel for key client engagements (approx. 2 trips per quarter)
