Eligible applicants must have completed one of the following:
* Associates Degree; OR
* 48 College Units; OR
* High School Diploma and Passage of the NCLB (ESSA) Paraprofessional Test.

Location: Brea Junior High
Hours: 3.75 hours per day
Shift: 9:00am - 12:45pm
Monday - Friday (9.5 months per year)
Sick leave and vacation are earned on a prorated basis at a rate of one day per month.
California School Employees Association Agreement Article VI, 6.1.3 states: "Voluntary transfer/promotion requests by an employee for an opening shall be given prior consideration over a new employee." Article VI, 6.3.2 states: "When a new position is created or an existing position becomes vacant, the District shall first offer the opportunity to transfer or to seek promotion to bargaining unit employees."
