Job Summary
BruCleaning Services LLC is hiring reliable 1099 Independent Contractors for residential cleaning jobs in the Grand Forks area. You choose your schedule, accept the jobs you want, and get paid weekly. This is a contractor position (NOT an employee role).
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, apartments, and move-out units
- Follow company cleaning checklists (training provided)
- Bring and use your own cleaning supplies and basic equipment (vacuum, mop, rags, sprays, etc.)
- Communicate arrival and completion via phone/text
- Provide high-quality, consistent cleaning services
Requirements
- Must have prior residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Must have your own cleaning supplies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Pay
- Earn $18–$25 per hour
- Some jobs pay $50–$150 per house
- Weekly payouts via Venmo
