What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for Brda services efficiently and accurately
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews in a timely, professional manner
- Handle customer service requests through phone, online forms, text messages, and digital marketing channels
- Support the management of incoming leads and maintain organized lead flow
- Conduct outbound sales calls when time allows
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help continuously improve our services
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the electrical industry, ideally in residential or light commercial work
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Competitive, goal-driven, and an excellent communicator
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems
Able to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members
Proficient typing and computer skills
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with after-hours opportunities
