- Process, organize, and file all property documents (applications, leases, notices, etc.) accurately and on time
- Maintain and update property, tenant, and vendor records in our property management software (Entrata)
- Greet tenants, vendors, owners, and visitors at the office
- Post property-wide and individual notices per company procedures
- Conduct regular property visits and submit written condition reports
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance emergencies in coordination with our maintenance team
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple priorities
- A professional, friendly demeanor with tenants, vendors, and teammates
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed for property visits)
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support
- Familiarity with Entrata or another property management platform (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)

- Health, dental, and vision insurance — monthly premiums 100% paid by us
- 401(k) with company matching
- Mileage reimbursement for property visits
- A real path forward — this role is the first step on a clearly defined career ladder with genuine opportunities to grow into a Portfolio Manager and beyond
