What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter - Blue Sky Residence position at BRC - Bowery Residents' Committee, Inc.?
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility. Sweep and mop floor, clean bathrooms, and windows. Empty the garbage. Receive deliveries, lift boxes and pick-up supplies. Maintain inventory; light repairs as needed, fill in at front desk as needed, and related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience in housekeeping. Ability to write, read, and communicates in English.
- Vaccination preferred but not required.
