Role Description: The Business Leadership Team on Analytics Value role is full-time, and it is a Remote position.
This role focuses on leading and supporting initiatives that connect analytics capabilities to tangible business outcomes, working closely with stakeholders across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business performance data, contributing to planning and strategy discussions, and identifying opportunities where data insights can improve customer experience and operational results. The role involves preparing clear presentations and reports, facilitating communication between technical and business teams, and supporting customer-facing activities that rely on data-informed decisions. The individual will also help refine business processes, monitor key metrics, and participate in leadership meetings to ensure analytics-driven value is embedded in core business activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, information science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
10 years of leadership experience, with most of that experience aligned with Enterprise Strategy and Management
Solid experience with and understanding of SaaS, Information Automation, Customer Data, and integration of IT systems, including from M&A activity
Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading successful cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technologists
Experience integrating complex, cross-department processes and information strategies
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals
A strong commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team culture
The ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options
The ability to translate among the languages used by executive, operational, IT, and analytic stakeholders
Proven ability to work ethically and with integrity
