Volunteer Position: Patient Greeter
Location: HealthPoint Clinics
Commitment: Flexible weekday shifts – mornings or afternoons

At HealthPoint, we believe everyone deserves quality healthcare — and we know that a warm welcome can make a world of difference. We’re seeking compassionate and outgoing volunteers to serve as Patient Greeters: the first friendly faces our patients see when they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and visitors with a smile and welcoming attitude
- Help direct people to check-in stations, waiting areas, or service points
- Assist patients with forms or using digital check-in tools like iPads
- Provide general directions and answer non-medical questions
- Keep an eye on waiting areas to ensure comfort and safety
- Notify staff if a patient appears to need immediate help
- Support staff with light, non-clinical tasks to improve the patient experience

What You Bring
- A friendly and respectful attitude
- Comfort using tablets, smartphones, or other tech tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Comfort interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred but not required

Other Requirements
- Completion of HealthPoint’s volunteer application and screening process
- Depending on your role and location, you may be asked to provide proof of immunizations or a TB test
