Client Service Representative/Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
Brazos Valley Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is a full service small animal veterinary hospital specializing in providing high quality medicine to our patients and outstanding client service. We are located on the south side of College Station, off of W. D. Fitch and Arrington Road.
We are seeking someone who has an upbeat and positive attitude and loves interacting with clients and our furry patients! This person needs to be patient, a great team player, willing to learn, have awesome people skills and have a love for animals. This position would be for a minimum of 30 hours a week with rotational Saturdays.
Normal hospital hours are Monday through Friday 8AM - 6PM and 8AM- Noon on Saturdays.
Administrative Duties:
- Greeting all clients and patients with a welcoming attitude and smile
- Responding to client emails and text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Managing appointments for doctors, technicians, groomer, and boarding stays effectively
- Scanning, attaching, and filing documents
- Stocking supplies
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Maintaining a clean working area
- Maintaining cleanliness of the front lobby area
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments accurately
- End of day deposits
- Cash handling
Schedule:
- Alternating Saturday shifts required ( 2 -3 a month)
- Approximately 30-35 hours/week
