We are seeking an enthusiastic Order Entry Specialist here at Brazill Brothers! This person should have exceptional organizational skills, have working knowledge of Excel, and work collaboratively in a team environment. A highly motivated, punctual and sociable professional is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of orders into various software platforms
- Become familiar with the components, supplies, and services our company represents
- Verify and compare data entered by Order Entry personnel with customer purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy and completion of all material and instructions.
- Obtain a working knowledge of various order entry programs and databases, demonstrating an ability to enter and revise data quickly and accurately.
- Track and report errors to Order Entry supervisor on a weekly basis
- Additional data entry and administrative tasks as needed, including some front desk coverage and answering phones.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- A keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
- The ability to learn quickly and retain new information
- The ability to work independently with minimal direction
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within our organization
Compensation:
This position offers hourly compensation plus a bonus.
