Position Summary
The Outreach Marketing Coordinator will be a vital contributor to both the external visibility and internal efficiency of the companies. This individual will manage social media engagement, assist with marketing campaigns, represent the brands at events, and provide essential office support. Acting as the face of our businesses at community and client-facing events, this role requires a blend of creativity, professionalism, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach:
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain active communication to strengthen community relationships.
- Support the development of marketing materials for events, partnerships, and media opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns that promote services for both companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Create blogs, interviews and material related to companies promotion.
Event Planning & Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion, including logistics, communications, and guest follow-up.
- Attend events as a brand representative, engaging with attendees and fostering relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, memorable, and on-brand event experience.
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day office support including scheduling, communications, and client inquiries.
- Help maintain digital files, contact lists, and internal organizational systems.
- Assist with operational tasks to support efficiency across both businesses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media content creation (Instagram, Canva, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram) and digital marketing.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience in event coordination or community outreach is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
