We are looking for a dynamic Corporate People Manager to join our team!

Major Responsibilities:
Policy, Compliance & Governance - ensure company practices align with legal requirements, HR standards and internal controls.
- Confirm compliance with employment laws and corporate standards
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and reporting systems
- Support audits and risk management initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement - effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization to promote and preserve our strong company culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on personnel matters
- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Foster a positive workplace culture and engagement strategy
Talent Management & Development - lead the recruitment process, focusing on the identification, attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee recruitment strategy and talent acquisition processes
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs
- Design and manage the performance management cycle
- Support areas of relocation, immigration and integration into the Bzy culture
- Identify training and leadership development needs
- Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives
Compensation & Benefits - implement strategies designed to attract, motivate, and retain talent through competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
- Partner with leadership on compensation planning and benchmarking
- Support benefits administration, vendor management, plan design, enrollment & audit
- Participate in annual wage review and bonus planning cycles
HR Operations & Analytics - with a high degree of confidentiality, the role is responsible to safeguard and administer our HR data, including:
- Oversee HR systems and reporting tools
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, etc.)
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership
Teamwork - interact and collaborate with individuals of different backgrounds and cultures:
- Must have a strong desire to work collaboratively with all members of the Corporate and Plant HR Teams.
- Must be flexible as business opportunities develop and able to multi-task with other duties as required.
- Must be available to travel to our manufacturing locations in Indiana, Kentucky & Mexico – up to 25% travel.
- Model leadership behavior in a manner that is consistent with Brazeway's mission, vision Code of Conduct and Process Based Leadership guidelines.
- Coaching and Development - assist each direct report in identifying areas that need improvement and coach them in ways to make positive changes.
What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
- Master’s Degree: MBA, Org. Leadership, or related field preferred
- 8-10 years progressive HR experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Strong work ethic and a strong commitment to a team environment
- SHRM or HRCI Certification required
- Bi-lingual skills English/Spanish preferred
