Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Collection Specialist to join our repossession team. This position is responsible for driving a company-provided vehicle equipped with license plate recognition (LPR) cameras to locate and identify vehicles for repossession.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a company vehicle and scan license plates using LPR technology
- Document and report vehicle locations to the repossession team
- Drive designated routes efficiently and responsibly
- Follow company policies and local laws regarding vehicle recovery operations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and field agents
Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours
✅ Comfortable driving for extended periods in various weather conditions
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow GPS routes
✅ Must pass a background check and drug screening
✅ Experience in the repossession or towing industry is a plus, but not required
