Brazeau Orthodontics is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hard-working Sterilization Technician to join our team!
No dental experience is necessary — we are happy to train the right person.
Our office is busy and fast-paced, and this position plays an important role in keeping our clinical team organized, prepared, and running on time. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, works efficiently, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.
What You’ll Do
As our Sterilization Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing dental instruments
- Preparing instrument setups for our clinical team
- Maintaining a clean and organized sterilization area
- Following proper sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Stocking clinical supplies and keeping treatment areas organized
- Helping with laundry and other clinic-related tasks as needed
- Supporting our assistants and clinical team throughout the day
- Helping keep the flow of the clinic running smoothly and efficiently

Dental experience is not required. We can teach you the technical side of the position — we’re looking for someone who brings a great work ethic and attitude.

What to Expect

Previous dental, medical, sterilization, or healthcare experience is a plus, but absolutely not required.
