About Us - Retail Sales Associate
BrayTech is a rapidly growing sales, marketing and business development firm based in the Chicago area with a recent expansion into Grand Rapids, MI! The success we are having for our clients now puts us in a position to grow very quickly and we are looking for goal driven, team oriented individuals that thrive off a performance based environment!
Our Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate information, assistance with new account set ups and just a down to earth, fun person to talk to with great energy! This position is entry level so no experience is no problem, we provide all training. The growth of our team is our top priority and sales is only the beginning. We are looking for individuals that we can cross train from that entry level position into a leadership role within 6-12 months! If you meet the qualifications below, are looking for something new or just want to get into a different industry we would love to connect with you.
Daily Focus :
- Greet everyone with a friendly smile and professional tone
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Conduct face to face interactions with new and existing customers
- Provide accurate information with pricing, products, deals and promotions based on what that customer qualifies for
- Assist with account and potentially device set up
- Close sales transactions using a POS system

Requirements :
- Must have reliable transportation, this is a on site only position and locations vary
- Must be at least 18 years old at time of applying
- Must have a student mentality and wanting to learn and excel
- Must be able to pass a background check
