BrayTech is looking for an Entry Level Customer Support Rep to join our team! All training provided! This is a face to face customer role in a retail setting. No remote, No hybrid. Support Reps are vital in our day to day business and are one of the most valued positions. We provide a supportive & fun environment to learn the basics of client knowledge, company policies, communication skills, marketing presentations, customer service, sales, business strategy and more. Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions! Job Responsibilities· Update existing accounts/new customer account set up· Assist with customer inquiries & proper follow-up· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' portfolio· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions· Learn business terminology to perform marketing presentationsIt is our priority to provide a positive, energetic work environment.
