Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with marketing team and taproom managers to develop and execute tier 2 and tier 3 event strategies that drive customer engagement and sales
- Coordinate all tactical elements of event execution including vendor relations, material production, staffing coordination, and day-of logistics
- Manage event timelines and ensure seamless execution across multiple locations
- Develop creative concepts and promotional materials for events including social media content, in-taproom signage, and digital marketing assets
- Create compelling event narratives that resonate with our brand and drive customer excitement
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to elevate our event programming
- Serve as the liaison between marketing and taproom teams to ensure alignment on event goals and execution
- Partner with multiple stakeholders including taproom managers, brewers, and marketing team members to deliver cohesive experiences
- Communicate event details, expectations, and results across teams
- Track event performance metrics including attendance, transaction volume, and average ticket price
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for future event improvements
- Maintain organized records of event planning documents, timelines, and post-event reports
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related field
- Strong creative skills with experience developing promotional content
- Excellent project management abilities with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events required
- Self-starter who can work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments
- Experience in hospitality, craft beverage, or experiential marketing
- Knowledge of the craft beer industry and taproom culture
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with POS systems and sales analytics
