KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brewing Operations
- Assist with all aspects of the brewing process including milling grain, transferring wort, monitoring fermentation, and cleaning vessels
- Accurately record production data and maintain brewing logs as directed
- Follow standard operating procedures and recipes precisely to ensure product consistency
Packaging Operations
- Operate packaging equipment including canning lines, kegging systems, and labeling machines
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure proper fill levels, seaming, and labeling
- Prepare and organize finished products for distribution and storage
- Maintain accurate package counts and inventory records
Cleaning and Sanitation
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of brewing equipment, tanks, kegs, and packaging lines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the facility
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance
Safety and Teamwork
- Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts and maintain excellent attendance
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Take direction from supervisors and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude even during demanding production periods
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality with a proven track record of consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and willingness to adhere to all safety protocols
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, often 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping
- Capable of working in various environmental conditions including cold refrigeration areas, warm production spaces, and wet environments
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders when necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety and quality
