Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Principal and Community Schools Program Coordinator, the After School Coordinator plans, coordinates, and oversees expanded learning opportunities and academic support programs for students. This position is responsible for developing and implementing engaging after-school, Saturday, and summer enrichment programs that promote student academic achievement, attendance, and social-emotional growth. The Coordinator collaborates with school staff, families, and community partners; supervises program operations and staff; maintains program records and compliance requirements; and ensures a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a commitment to supporting student success through high-quality enrichment and intervention programs. **This position is GRANT FUNDED for 3 years**
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience operating after school youth programs, including at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
