Lead Systems Administrator (Infrastructure Owner) - Full Time W2 ONLY

We’re seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to take full ownership of a multi-site IT infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role responsible for networking, systems, security, and end-user technology across a distributed organization.

This role reports directly to the CIO and is ideal for someone who can independently assess an environment, identify gaps, implement improvements, and maintain operational stability across all infrastructure layers.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end infrastructure: servers, networking, security, and endpoints
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Serve
• Network infrastructure: firewalls, VPN, VLANs, routing/switching, wireless
• Endpoint management: imaging, deployment, patching, lifecycle management
• security controls: MFA, endpoint protection, access management
• backup, disaster recovery, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• VoIP and collaboration system
• sL2/L3 escalation support and Help Desk leadership
• documentation, standardization, and infrastructure improvement initiative

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of progressive systems/infrastructure administration experience
• Proven ownership of IT environments in multi-site organizations
• Strong hands-on experience with

Microsoft 365 Windows Server Active Directory, Networking and firewall administration, Endpoint management (Intune or equivalent) Security fundamentals and identity management

• Experience supporting both office and field/remote users
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to operate independently with high accountabilty
