Job Type: Full Time Onsite, Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:15PM)

Job Description: Bravo is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team and lead the technology initiatives that drive our company’s success. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of excellence in IT support, particularly in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees across Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Executive teams, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Administer and maintain company systems, including Office 365, Egnyte, and JumpCloud, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access management, and equipment configuration.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new technologies, contributing to the company’s ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and document all support requests and resolutions, maintaining accurate records within the company’s IT tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify technology needs and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven IT Help Desk experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Office 365 is a must, with priority given to candidates experienced with Egnyte, and JumpCloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical information effectively.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to technology management and improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 certifications, Egnyte Admin certification, JumpCloud Administrator certification). #LI-Onsite

Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
