What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor / Training and Compliance Coordinator for Home Care position at BRAVO ZULU COMPANION CARE LLC?
General Responsibilities
1) Reports to Home Care Agency Director, Administrator.
2) Main Responsibilities are (A) Risk Mitigation, (B) Compliance and (C) Tool Support.
3) Supports orientation and ongoing training programs that are developed and provided for Agency personnel.
4) Contributes on performance evaluations in a timely, measurable and objective manner.
5) Supports and complies with the Agency’s policies and North Carolina State Regulations.
Risk Mitigation
1) Client point of contact for service-related issues, requests and needs (outside of Plan of Care).
2) Caregiver point of contact for issues, requests and needs related to clients (outside of Plan of Care).
3) Coordinate list of potential at-risk areas that require attention and potential mitigation.
4) Review list with Agency Director or Administrator to discuss the best course of action.
Compliance
1) Focus on compliance to ensure company documentation is authorized, accurate and completed on-time.
2) Keeps an inventory of policy required documentation.
3) Works with all personnel and clients to remind and coordinate completion of required documentation.
Tool Support
1) Access, working knowledge and support of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
2) Access, working knowledge and support of WellSky Personal Care Desktop Dashboard and Mobile App.
3) Access, working knowledge and support of HSRM and Unite US (NC Cares 360).
Professional Requirements
1) Maintains regulatory requirements, including all state and federal regulations.
2) Maintains and ensures client confidentiality at all times.
3) Attends annual review and performs departmental in-services.
4) Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
5) Resolves personnel concerns at the departmental level, utilizing the grievance process as required.
6) Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding operations, fire, safety, and infection control.
7) Effectively and consistently communicates administrative directive to personnel.
8) Communicates the mission, ethics and goals of the Agency.
