Required Skills
- 5 years of ServiceNow process consulting, including leading workshops and defining configurations
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Risk & Compliance, or SecOps
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow solution design and solution architecture
- Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis abilities
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications
- Experience in organizational change management for platform adoption
- Ability to develop process documentation aligned with best practices
Nice to Have Skills
- Certifications in additional ServiceNow modules (ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SOM)
- Experience with security and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes
- Knowledge of data governance and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in diverse industries
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of consulting or technical leadership experience in ServiceNow ecosystem
- Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or security operations is a plus
