Job Description
Bravo Security Services is hiring a professional and reliable security guard for a busy Mexican grocery store. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, observant, and comfortable communicating with Spanish speaking customers and staff. Spanish speaking is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor store entrance and exit
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Provide customer assistance when needed
- De-escalate situations professionally
- Enforce store policies and safety procedures
- Write daily activity reports
- Coordinate with store management
- Monitor for theft and suspicious activity
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Experience in retail or grocery store security is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
