Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Car Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new & used vehicles to prospective buyers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
- The ability to professionally handle incoming leads, current, previous, & potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Conduct sales presentations and walk-arounds of new & used vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle design, features, and upgrades
- Collaborate with sales management team to ensure smooth transaction process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist with inventory control and management of inventory
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent outbound sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Proficient in math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the auto industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
