What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiberglass Production Associate position at Bravo Inc.?
This position is responsible for the development and execution of product by way of Resin, Catalyst, and Fiberglass. Is responsible for the daily production of parts, as well as specialized assembly. Is responsible for mold maintenance and/or repair. Responsibilities include creating quality parts and product. and complies with all Company policies, rules, and regulations, including OSHA and Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Ability to work long days producing products wearing protective equipment (PPE) from head to toe in a hot environment, including wearing a respirator mask.
- Ability to learn a process quickly and adapt to a high pace manufacturing environment.
- Ability to produce product with high attention to detail to maintain high quality standards.
- Must understand what makes a quality manway cover (strong eye for air bubbles, rough edges, uneven surfaces etc.).
- Follows all company policies, rules, and regulations, including OSHA and Safety.
- Perform other related tasks as needed for the department.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, or construction.
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
- Team Player.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow direction well and learn tasks easily.
- Ability to work long hours in a hot environment during summer months.
- Must pass respirator test and mask fitting test.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand on feet from 8 to 10 hours a day and work overtime as needed.
- Ability to bend at waist and use repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to work in close proximity with and working with resin and other hazardous catalysts.
- Ability to work in a high paced, manufacturing plant.
Salary : $31,900 - $40,400
