Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Service Advisors are properly handling and solving customer concerns and make follow-up calls, as needed.
- Managing and ensuring that the department is and can be profitable.
- Ensure delivery of customers’ vehicles on time.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all automotive service capacities to increase retention and referrals.
- Ensure that the department is being managed and ran ethically.
- Monitor technician productivity and efficiency meets our standards.
- Guide the management of all automotive service department paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
