Front Desk Receptionist

At the Bravo CDJR call center, we cultivate a winning team spirit and promote passion for high quality work. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Reception Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments for service departments
- Assist customers with general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Notify staff when customers arrive for appointments
Cashier Duties
- Process credit card, debit card, and electronic payments
- Collect payments for vehicle service repairs.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Process refunds and credits according to dealership policies
- Reconcile invoices and repair orders
Administrative Support
- File repair orders, invoices, and customer documents
- Assist with data entry, scanning and dealership paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Follow dealership policies and procedures
- Maintain rental reservations and process loaner agreements
