In-House Real Estate Finance Attorney (5–7 Years Experience)

Bravo Capital is seeking an experienced real estate finance attorney to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of big-law experience with a strong background in real estate finance-specifically bridge lending, construction lending, and structured real estate transactions.
This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership on complex, time-sensitive deals across our national bridge and construction lending platforms. The attorney will provide sophisticated legal support throughout the financing lifecycle and serve as a strategic partner to our originations, underwriting, and asset management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage legal workstreams for bridge and construction loan transactions from term sheet through closing
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan documents, construction agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related deal materials
• Coordinate with external counsel, counterparties, title companies, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely closings
• Advise executive leadership on legal structure, risk mitigation, and transaction strategy
• Develop standardized processes, templates, and internal best practices for real estate financing documentation
• Support corporate governance and entity structuring as needed
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years at a leading big law firm with a focus on real estate finance
• Deep familiarity with bridge lending, construction lending, and structured real estate transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to independently manage high-volume, fast-moving closings
• Business-minded, solutions-oriented approach suited to a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Admission to practice in New York
