Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all project-related construction documentation, ensuring accurate organization, version control, secure storage, and adherence to established protocols.Lead document control functions; oversee intake, tracking, distribution, and review coordination across technical disciplines.Utilize Trimble (e-Builder) to process and manage incoming design documentation, including confidential and sensitive construction drawings.Maintain a centralized database of all document activity and prepare regular reports on submissions, review status, and outstanding actions.Upload review comments, memoranda, and related materials into project management systems to support audit-ready documentation.Minimum Requirements5-10 years of Documental Control experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.Proven experience serving as a task leader for document control, including coordinating workflows, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of activities.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and efficiently schedule/track the review of construction documents.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.Experience with Trimble (e-Builder) is strongly preferred, experience similar information systems and willingness/ability to learn is a must.Experience supporting transit and/or public works is preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. #LI-OnsiteSalary$80,000—$90,000 USDQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
