Job Description

Client is seeking an Operations Analyst-II (Ad Ops Specialist) to support the Advertising & Promotions team, which operates at the intersection of e-commerce and digital advertising. This team helps advertisers connect with Client audiences by managing and optimizing promotional and advertising campaigns across New Verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of large advertising engagements, ensuring campaign deliverables are planned and coordinated effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional account teams supporting retail, grocery, and convenience businesses to ensure campaigns are scoped, launched, and executed successfully.
• Develop expertise in Client's internal systems, tools, and product capabilities across multiple products, verticals, and regions.
• Identify recurring issues in workflows and tools, and recommend process or documentation improvements.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) across mobile apps and desktop platforms to verify targeting, discount functionality, eligibility, and creative rendering before campaign launch.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of operational execution by working through campaign details and learning internal tools.
• Build and improve scalable processes that support both immediate business needs and long-term growth.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and project management standards.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, operations, or project/program management.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex operational issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in Slack-based, ticket-driven environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
