Role Description
What This Role Owns
Client Interface (non-negotiable)
· Act as the primary SPOC for client stakeholders
· Manage expectations across demand, timelines, and quality
· Run governance cadence (weekly / monthly reviews)
· Build long-term trust to drive repeat business
Demand to Delivery Ownership
· Convert client requirements into actionable hiring / delivery plans
· Drive the end-to-end pipeline: submissions → interviews → closures
· Ensure speed, quality, and fit of talent delivered
· Escalate risks early and drive quick resolution
Delivery & Quality Control
· Ensure SLA adherence (TAT, quality, compliance)
· Own issue resolution end-to-end
· Prevent delivery surprises through proactive communication
Anchor: Strong relationship management, expectation control, and issue resolution
Stakeholder Alignment
· Align client, recruiters, and internal leadership
· Remove friction across the hiring lifecycle
· Drive clarity on priorities and expected outcomes
Reporting & Insights
· Own dashboards: demand, pipeline, closures, and aging
· Use data to drive decisions, not just reporting
Account Growth
· Identify expansion opportunities within the account
· Partner with sales teams for growth and renewals
· Convert delivery credibility into revenue growth
Success Metrics
