We are seeking a motivated sales professional to grow and manage contractor-only accounts. This is a 100% commission-based position, best suited for someone with construction or cabinetry industry experience who is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with licensed contractors, builders, and remodelers
- Present and sell cabinet, door, and millwork products to contractor clients
- Manage accounts from initial contact through order placement
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Sales experience in construction, cabinetry, millwork, or related trades preferred
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure and comfortably work with fractions (required)
- Hold a valid driver's license (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized, professional, and reliable
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Existing contractor relationships a plus, but not required
- Willing to learn internal systems and product knowledge
