Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper food handling procedures across all shifts
- Monitor restaurant operations during shifts, including supervising kitchen activities, ensuring timely service, and resolving customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in the food industry or hospitality management setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and inventory control
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for managing staff, coordinating shifts, and engaging with customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service
