We’re inviting independent clinicians to join our counseling collective.

Launchpad Option – Transitional Revenue Share
For clinicians transitioning out of agency work or launching a private practice, Brave offers an optional short-term revenue-share “Launchpad” model (60/40 split) for the first 3 months. This allows you to build your caseload without upfront financial strain. After this period, you can transition to a traditional space rental agreement that fits your needs.
