ABOUT BRAVE GENERATION ACADEMY (BGA)
Brave Generation Academy (BGA) is reimagining education for students aged 12 and up. Our mission is to help young Learners excel academically, grow personally, and prepare for a future full of opportunities. We combine accredited online academic programs with in-person guidance from dedicated Learning Coaches to create a personalized, future-ready learning experience.
Learning at BGA is flexible, hands-on, and Learner-centered. Every Learner receives the support they need to thrive while developing independence, resilience, critical thinking, and confidence.
As BGA launches its first Hub in Oklahoma City, we are seeking a Education & Community Coordinator who is passionate about education, community-building, and Learner development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational coordination and working directly with young people and families.
The successful candidate will help establish and support day-to-day Hub operations, guide families through onboarding, build relationships with local schools and communities, and gradually transition into a Learning Coach role as the Hub grows. This position also offers long-term opportunities for leadership and growth within BGA’s expanding U.S. network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Student & Family Support
- Support students (Learners) as they onboard into the BGA program and Hub environment
- Serve as a key point of contact for families, providing clear communication and ongoing support
- Help guide students through their learning journey, encouraging engagement, accountability, and independence
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with families and ensure a smooth student experience
Hub Operations & Coordination
- Support the daily operations of the Oklahoma City Hub
- Assist with scheduling, organization, and coordination of learning activities and Hub logistics
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and communication logs using CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new students and families
- Collaborate with and receive ongoing operational support, systems, and guidance from the Head Office Team
Community & School Engagement
- Build relationships with local schools, educators, and community organizations
- Represent BGA at school visits, parent nights, education fairs, and community events
- Support outreach efforts to grow awareness of the BGA learning model in the local community
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen BGA’s presence in Oklahoma City
Learning Support & Development Pathway
- Work closely with Learning Coaches to support student learning and engagement
- Provide encouragement and structure to help students stay on track academically
- Gradually transition into a Learning Coach role with increased responsibility for student mentoring and academic support
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning culture within the Hub
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education, student services, school administration, academic support, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with students and supporting their growth
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people-facing and administrative responsibilities
- Ability to build trust with students, parents, and educators
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is a plus
- Eager to work with innovative educational models, student-centered programs, and forward-thinking learning environments
- Based in or near Oklahoma City with availability for in-person work and local events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (on-site remote as needed)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Starting salary: $48,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
- This is an at-will position governed by U.S. and Oklahoma labor laws
