WHAT YOU DO (Job Description)As a Campus Worship Leader/Pastor, you are responsible for leading and shaping the worship experience at your specific Brave campus. This means you are recruiting, developing, and equipping your worship team, scheduling and running rehearsals, and ensuring that worship services are executed with excellence and consistency. You collaborate with the Campus Pastor and other campus leaders to keep your campus aligned with the overall vision, culture, and philosophy of Brave Church. You also help identify needs and opportunities for growth at your campus and contribute to the development of Brave Music when needed.HOW YOU DO IT (3-5 Responsibilities)Create incredible Sunday worship experiences on your campus. Working with the Central Worship Staff overseeing all aspects of the worship teams & sets for weekend gatherings, worship nights, and other key events.Develop and Equip Leaders – Mentor campus worship teammates and musicians, identify growth areas, and provide training, resources, and feedback.Implement Systems and Processes – Ensure the best platforms, tools, and workflows are in place to support a unified and excellent worship experience. Please note in the compensation it could include housing in our upstairs living quarters that would cover utilities, Internet, garbage, and water for the right candidate for his or her family
